1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Shiveh's e-commerce platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Shiveh's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

Shipping costs and methods are displayed during checkout. International shipping may be subject to additional fees, taxes, or customs duties for which you are responsible.

7. Returns and Refunds

Our return policy allows returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Some items may not be eligible for return.

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
